INFORMATION ABOUT THE BROKER

  1. Care Sp. z o.o. holds a brokerage licence issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) on 2 August 2007. LicenceNo. 1484/2007.
  2. Care Sp. z o.o. has been entered in the register of insurance brokers kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). Entry No.1363/U.
  3. The registration information referred to in item 2 above may be verified at: knf.gov.pl.
  4. Care Sp. z o.o. performs brokerage activities through individuals who meet the requirements specified in Article 34 item 4 point 1 letters a–e of the Polish Act on Insurance Distribution and have been entered in the Register of Brokers.
  5. Care Sp. z o.o. has a third party liability insurance cover under an insurance agreement signed with InterRisk TU SA on 30 July 2020, confirmed with policy No. K 26006790for the insurance period from 1 August 2020 till 31 July 2021 for a guarantee sumequivalent to not less than the PLN equivalent of EUR 1,300,380 per single event and of EUR 1,924,560 per all events for damages arising from the performance of brokerage activities that may be caused, among others, to Clients.
  6. Care Sp. z o.o. does not hold shares in any insurance company unless such an insurance company has been admitted to trading on a regulated stock market.
  7. No shares in Care sp. z o.o. are held by any insurance company.
  8. Care sp. z o.o. receives commission-based remuneration (broker’s fee) from the premium collected by the insurance company or from the Client. In case of specific types of insurance involving a relatively high workload and low premiums, and in the case of loss-making types of insurance or lines of business, Care Sp. z o.o. may receive remuneration directly from the Client under separately agreed terms and conditions.
